They don’t send bills even paperless yet they sent me a notice and on top of that a penalty. Very poor service

cancelled service by answering machine in june, and they are still sending us bills. Can't get someone to call back or cancel our service. Getting frustrated at the lack of customer service.

Their online accounts don't work for anything, and even when I call to get bills taken care of, they still don't charge me and let the bill continue to accrue. This had been going on for almost 6 months. Completely unacceptable.
