2020 UPDATE: This is probably the best nail salon around the Tri-Cities with a cozy and lush interior, friendly staff, and excellent service. They can be very busy during peak times and I previously left a negative review noting that they often will not pick up their business phone during these times. I have not had this as an issue as of recently- I look forward to continuing business here.
MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: Really lovely place, clean interior and great staff. They offer great service, and from the time you sit down until you leave, you are made to feel like a priority. Great variety on services and tiers, and offer complimentary drinks. Unfortunately, they can be very busy at times and it is nearly impossible to schedule an appointment as they often do not answer the phone during business hours.
I have continued doing business here due to the great atmosphere and kind staff, if this issue is resolved I'll update my review.
