My friend and I came here to have our nails done. We made an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early. We sat there waiting for someone to help us for 25 minutes. The nail tech who helped me, cut, burnt, and scraped my skin over and over. She banged my hand against the glass multiple times. The shape of my nails are terrible!!!! I got polish all over my hands and phone case because she was sloppy. This was an extremely terrible experience and we will not be coming back here again. We expected more.

Nina at Q nails is absolutely amazing..she does excellent work..and has met every challenging design I have given her and blown it out of the water..she is kind and easy to work with.. I highly recommend her..every place I go I get wonderful comments on my nails and asked where I get them done..

1/10 My friend took me here to get my nails done for the first time and it's safe to say I hate the nails. Not only did my tech make my nails look like a skateboard ramp, she also didn't take her time and was focused on basically everything but my nails. My friends nails turned out somewhat cute but we will not be returning.
