Island Cooling has been QuietCool's Hawaii distributor since 2010. What I appreciate most is QuietCool manufacturing's constant commitment to improving their products for their customers. Motors continue to get more efficient, quieter and more effective. Controls are easier to use and systems are easier to install. QC's already reliable systems get more reliable. They listen to feedback and make adjustments that make them better.
Amazing customer service and high quality products.
We had no problems with our fans running them regularly for many years. One motor recently died, and when we called in to customer service we found out the warranty had just recently expired. They made an exception since we were so close to still being in warranty, and sent us a new motor for free.
There were very straightforward, concise videos and diagrams on their website detailing how to remove and replace the motor. I was able to do most of the reinstallation myself, even as someone with relatively little experience doing handiwork. You do need a lot of tools and muscle to do this on your own, so think carefully before you decide to spend hours in and out of your hot attic lifting heavy motors (^_^).
Their customer service answers almost immediately, and the people I spoke to were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If only customer service this good could be packaged into a box and shipped to other companies, it would save us all a lot of grief!
Thank you to the QC Manufacturing team for making this process so smooth for us, it's hard to imagine anyone else in the space is doing it better!
