Extremely disappointed in the service received tonight at this location. My kids and I were the only ones in the restaurant. I went to the cash register to order, and was ignored by the 4-5 people working for multiple minutes before finally one of them told me I was at the wrong end of the counter, and if I wanted to order I would need to go to the other end of the counter. I walked 5 steps over, and told them o wanted to order the bowl & taco family meal advertised online. The guy working told me that wasn't a thing. I tried showing him online, listed under their location, and explaining what it was. He interrupted me and told me "that's not something I'm going to do. You can order like, something else instead". I told him I didn't want something else, and that I came specifically for that item, and he shrugged his shoulders at me then processed to laugh at me as I left dragging my hangry kids with me. At no point did he ask his coworkers if they new what the special was (none of them were actually working, all just standing around talking), offer any actual help, apologize or try to explain how the normal restaurant menu worked.
