Great produce section, but that’s about it. Their self check out seems to be getting worse and worse today because there was only one cashier in the regular checkout. I thought the quick self check out would be good for five items but two of the items it didn’t count, the shelf marked loyalty card discount or the digital coupon..This has become pretty common every single time. And of course they’ve only got one person working the self check out as well. Who is running around trying to fix everybody’s problems with their carts.

It's a small grocery store and is more likely to be out of stock on ordinary items. One time I was there shopping and they were out of potatoes. Once they were out of the brand name nonstick cooking spray. They are however closer to us than our regular store so we shop there when we need something for cooking dinner that night or when we just need a couple things.

Cashier was having a bit of attitude with everyone she was helping and the bagging clerk pretty much just rolled my peanut butter jar at me instead of asking if I wanted a bag or just politely handing it to me. Feels your team needs a bit of one on one with someone that knows how to provide customer service.
