I've come to this store and have only succeeded 2/10 times that I've tried to get this Columbia sandwich :(
The times I've gone in they either don't have the staff to make the sandwich if there's no more in the glass case, or they tell me that they can't make it at all. I would even pay for the custom sandwich price if that's the case.
It's sad. I'll literally only come in for the sandwich as it's something I crave at least once a week

Staff is not helpful at all and customer service is very poor. Also the food quality has degraded a lot from last few months.Overall poor Management.

Bad store. Came to spirits section and there was a button to call somebody to open gates so I can get something to drink. And 5 minutes later I figure out nobody cares and I had to go to the cashier to open it. She told me right after customer she will come and open it. How I expected nobody came but after 10 mins a nice guy came and just because of him I decided to give 3 starts otherwise would be 1 star. We are the customers, all we want just a regular service. Not a perfect service, just a regular service! That’s what we expect from stores. If that would happen again to me I would just change my mind to Target store. It won’t affect to QFC , it’s just 1 by 1 you would loose customers:)
