Customer service second to none. Very polite well spoken staff. Very patient with seniors that can't decide in a hurry. And or hard of hearing / disabled. The (deli is fantastic) fresh goods and very clean . $ Pay a little more at QFC, yes but a higher quality is noticeable across the board on all Kroger brand goods.

I often shop at QFC in Lacey if I'm planning on visiting nearby family. They put a notice on their social media saying 4th of July hours "may vary", but when I called to determine whether they would be open when I drove by, there was no further information, only a chatbot repeating the regular store hours. I wanted to pick up items for our party and I live 7 miles away, so I called the phone tree again and requested customer service. I was disconnected! It seems stupid to raise the possibility that you might be closed at a certain point, but not give customers a way to confirm that. I suspect this was a Kroger corporate screw-up and not the store management. They should pay more attention to details.

Does not buy watermelon, is going to make you sick, I positive they know about it, it's something that's injected into the watermelon, and make you sick, also is mushy. Runny, soft, stay away, especially if you have kids
