Prices are higher than normal. It's located in an area where there is low and middle-income individuals. Their deli was also very limited on what they serve to the public They did not offer many varieties of hot foods.
This is simply the worse location to shop at. I came in Friday afternoon, brought a snickers bar. Realized after purchasing for many reasons I could not eat it due to allergies and did not need it.
I go to Zach in customer service and ask for a refund with receipt. He says “I’m not doing that, next time just don’t get it”. I think he’s joking at first and he continues to sho me away. I ask why not and he says because I’m just going to throw it away and I’m not doing that. I ask for management and he claims to be it. Badge says “person in charge”. I ask for corporate number and he says “just look it up” and I repeat my question. He goes “you can just leave the store” and immediately calls security to escort me out. He embarrasses me and is micro-aggressive instantly. Trayvon Martin lost his life due to someone’s with a power trip over skittles and this situation was the same thing.
I call the next morning to speak with Denzel another “manager” and he says he’s not returning anything until he speaks with Zach and is condescending as well. Telling me they have no corporate number. This store SUCKS. Rude workers and there are several complaints about this but I guess since they are understaffed and can’t find anyone competent enough to run these jobs.
