Self checkout staff rather talk with freinds than help a customer. I'm already doing your job!!! Lazy staff. Once again. Bigger brown hair girl had me wait for 4 mins to check my ID while she pushed some carts. She's very rude

I have no particular issue with QFC in general. Today, I made a phone call to this QFC store to have some informations. Whoever was in charge of answering this store's phone calls on June 6, 2024 at 1:05 pm, immediatly and brutally hung up on me without saying anything the first time, and put me on wait the second time I called. If you don't have the mental/emotional intelligence/maturity required to work in a public-facing position or company, or you are unhappy with your job, please resign, stay home with your awful attitude, and let another qualified person have the chance to take your position at QFC Mukilteo and do their job with professionalism!

Ordered a cake from the bakery and bought a helium balloon for my toddler's birthday. Cake was ready on time. Border and border color was done well. Asked for the name in all capital letters and got initial case (even though the initial case was specifically crossed out and rewritten in all caps on the order slip). Asked for smash cake and got a regular 6". Frosting was too thick and too sweet. Machine aftertaste (like metal and machine oil combined). Not appropriate for a toddler's birthday. Would've been more disappointed if it had been my kid's first birthday. Lady who blew up the balloon was very nice though and had good energy. 3 stars because overall this place seems pretty hit-or-miss.
