I thought Charter Spectrum was supposed to be affordable. I have TV, Phone and Internet and paying $200/month for two HD boxes with NO PVR! .... and I receive ZERO premium channels! Complete ripoff. Previously, dumped TV and phone and they still want to charge me $90/month for just internet plus fees! The Charter service in my area is complete garbage. Horrible signal and my HD channels are almost always pixilated. Called them so many times and still have the same problems. They drag their feet and put the blame on equipment down the street being inefficient. Still they refuse to fix the old inefficient equipment after all these years! All those commercials saying they're cheaper and more reliable than DirecTV or Dish are false. Unfortunately I'm stuck paying the high price for cable internet just because of the speed. It's a complete monopoly as no other provider is in the area to challenge them besides satellite companies and they don't have good Internet speeds. Just plain terrible!
