this is a company that I have had a good experience with in the past but this time the technician Arron, I believe, was not forthcoming with detailed information, and reassembled our Bosch dishwasher front very poorly. It was misaligned when he put it back together. He gave us a very expensive price for fixing it without a proper breakdown and said that even if he fixed it, the switch could fail at a later date. Left us hanging and not wanting his service any further.

We have always received excellent service from Quality Appliance Repair. There have been several issues in the past couple of years, all expertly and considerately handled by Sergei and other staff. We're so grateful for their prompt response time, flexibility, and attention and care they give to their repairs. Would definitely recommend!

Sergey worked on the multiple issues for our Jenn-Air oven range and fridge which he estimated for approx. 3 hour job or even longer but he finished his job very quickly and saved us some money on the labor! I was very happy with his honesty and great work. We will definitely ask him again!
