I was very impressed by the staff here - the original used washer I bought did not work as it should. They came out to fix it on same day and because it couldn't be fixed quickly, they exchanged it with a comparable one. I like how they took care of the issue in a friendly, fast, and professional way - I will shop from them again.

We bought a used washer and dryer set from Quality Appliances. I was surprised by the section they had. They installed the set for us. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. The next day, we started having difficulties with the dryer. They came to repair it quickly. About a week later, it started having the same problem again. After letting them know, they replaced the entire set for no additional charge. I won’t be going anywhere else for appliances in the future. Thanks to everyone at the Aberdeen location. You all rock!
