Brought my car in on a insurance claim accident, right when I introduced myself to the older gentleman working at the time, no personal introduction, more of a huff and it got worse from there, the gentleman made me feel like a complete inconvenience, I apologize if only getting my exterior mirror fixed wasn't a lot of work but he continued to almost argue with me about the "process" to the point that I took my car and my business elsewhere. When I got to the car rental place i mentioned the shop and the car rental shop agreed. I'm not a unreasonable person but to be treated so poorly when I'm bringing business to you isn't exactly professional. Thanks but I'll find another shop

Quality Auto Body is the only place my family trusts to repair our vehicles. We've been going to this business for over 13 years and they've done exceptional work every single time. Peter and his employees always operate with optimal quality, professionalism, and integrity - a 5 star review doesn't begin to do this business justice. Quality Auto Body is highly recommended.

This place and Peter are the best. Definitely 5 stars. We were rear ended and our Camry needed body work. Our State Farm insurance guy recommended a body shop he's had good results with and I did get a quote with them, but they did not work directly with the company, Country Financial, that was paying for the repairs. So I went to Quality Auto and Peter took care of everything. We got the car back within 2 weeks even though Country Financial had not fully approved the work yet. Other body shops wait for the approval before proceeding with the work, but Peter didn't want us to be without our car that long so he went ahead with the work and while we now have our car he's left to go through the hoops with Country Financial to get paid. Most definitely would use him again and fully recommend him.
