Quality Cuts Lawn & Landscape

Have had a few experiences with them and ultimately am never going to use them again for anything after the last 2 experiences. I tried to get established in the beginning with regular yard care, there was some bad communication and lack of response and I wasn't in a rush anyways at that point and was shopping around to multiple companies so wasn't really worried about it. Then I had some sprinkler issues and also had multiple companies come and check it out, this company being one of them. They said I would need a valve replaced and 50 sprinkler heads replaced.. they said it would cost on the upwards of $800. Which was also the highest quote. Then they said they couldn't even do it. Then when another company came afterwards they had informed me the main water valve wasn't on all the way and they fixed it... for free. So I could have spent $800 if I listened to this company when it was an easy and free fix! Needless to say I was shocked at their obvious lack of knowledge and hope no one else spends their money where it isn't even needed 🙄. Now, the irrigation person I work with had a death in the family and couldn't do my sprinkler blow out, so I figured hey that's simple enough maybe they could do it. They just shut me down by saying nope we are only doing it for another day and no slots available for the last day. This was like okay there is no way you can do it at all? No response. Just bad customer service. Every other company is still doing the blow outs and taking care of their customers. There is better companies to go with. 👍

Carlos came over and looked at what we needed done. He said he could do the job no problem, and he said he would give us a quote the next day. He never did give us a quote and he would not return our calls. He just left us hanging with no communication. Poor customer service and bad experience.

Quality Cuts is very friendly and helpful to work with. I had a vision of what I was looking for and Carlos came up with a plan to make that happen. The follow up to check on the work was great too. Carlos stands behind his work. I like that and would recommend Quality Cuts to others.
