Could not be any happier with these guys! I had a ductless air conditioner installed in one upstairs bedroom and an extra vent installed in another.
From my initial contact with Brian O'Neal to the install crew of Corey & Andrew, they were professional and communicated fully. Corey actually went above and beyond in answering questions and solving a small problem. It was a 2 day job and they arranged for the electrician to come on the first day. They were on time both days and kept the work area neat & tidy as well. A nice follow-up for any problems or questions was also done.
We had a new fireplace installed. All questions were answered. They gave us lots of other details too. Service technician, sales representative and office staff were all great. Disadvantage...we had it installed when the weather was in the 80's. So, we're ready for winter!! (I put this under heating system installation. Don't know if that's the fireplace we had inserted.)
