I booked a room in July for a one night stay in September through a non-refundable site. They don’t answer the phone and it is nearly impossible to get to the hotel. We had to wait for one of the apartment tenants to give us a code to enter the parking lot and once we got into the lobby, whatever employees were working there told us it was no longer a hotel, they didn’t have any rooms, and we should be able to get our money back. However, the site I booked through also can’t get ahold of them for a refund so I’m SOL. DO NOT STAY HERE because you actually can’t and you’ll lose your money. What a scam.

Normally I don't write reviews but in this case I just have to warn others about this Quality Inn. Let's see where to begin, how about with the entrance. It's gated and next to some low income apartments. There is a homeless camp right across the street. I called the front desk from the intercom to get in, no one answered. Called again, no one answered. Finally get in and I'm treated like a burden by the front desk employee (female). The whole place looks unkept and dirty like it was a hoarders basement. Like it's never cleaned at all. As I walk to my room I notice all the trash cans are overflowing all over the ground. When I open the door to the building my room is in an overwhelming stench of urine hits me hard. I asked for turn down service for some more towels and all the employees acted like it was not their problem. I asked for three days and finally got some clean towels. All the doors to the rooms look like someone has tried to break into them. The back door to the building I was in was always open and someone had destroyed the door knob. All the entrances are left open all day. If you want safety this is not the place. Because of this I left early not wanting to stay for my own safety. This hotel should be closed. It's not reasonable to charge people to stay somewhere that is not even secured all night long. Asking for something as simple as a travel size shampoo and conditioner was impossible for this joke of a hotel. They have a main building where they serve a sad hotel breakfast. No napkins in sight, not even a lid for your scolding hot coffee can be found. There is a door in the main building that is labeled fitness center, inside is a room of horrors. Dusty treadmills covered in trash and what looks like leftover construction supplies. Don't bother asking for anything here, in fact don't bother spending any money staying here. Quality Inn, you have lost a faithful patron, shame on you for letting a location get this bad. I will never stay at a choice hotel again ever. I attached pictures for all of you skeptics. This is place should be shut down. 😒

When I pulled up, I was really concerned, I went on a trip with my 8 year old son, the hotel is located behind some apartments and the people I saw made me worry about our safety. But there's a locked gate that you pull up to and call the hotel to be let in, and you pull way back and the environment gets much better. The rooms were really nice, tje staff friendly, a nice complementary breakfast compared to other hotels, I was very happy with it after being concerned at 1st. Would go back for sure. We were about 30 min late checking out and they were understanding and didn't say anything about it to us. The ice machines were not working and a hotel employee was nice and went and grabbed a bag of ice for me from the hotel freezer. Very fair price, I got a deal from priceline and only paid $84. Rooms were great, actual blackout curtains, a/c, nice shower, had a binder with information about the hotel and surrounding areas. 5 stars easy
