*Edited in response to Owner* Thank you for responding so quickly. I appreciate you taking the time to address this issue. My intention is not to further bash. I wanted to bring attention to the appropriate persons and spread awareness.
Recently, I paid for my mother and father-in-law to stay a night at the QI (both whom were visiting from out of state) and both had gotten bitten.
As you can imagine the hardship this created for them to prevent the bugs from spreading or traveling back with them and the precautions they needed to take to protect their home once they returned back. This put them in a bit of a financial and stressful burden and I am not mentioning this looking for anything. I just wanted to further clarify. Thank you.

If you want to work here: heads up, DON’T. I used to book a room 1-2 weekends frequently. This place is a JOKE. Management is a JOKE & unprofessional. The owner NEEDS to know that he made a terrible, TERRIBLE decision allowing someone SUPER unprofessional as a GM who does NOT know how to run a hotel, manage people or address customers. There are reasons no one wants to work there, she can’t keep employees and the turn over there is so quick! She (the GM) is NOT management material and was tossed in because there was NO ONE else left to take that position. I found out that the employees don’t get breaks or lunches because they don’t have coverage. Attention owner: you might wanna fix that!
The “GM” and “manager(s)” NEED to be present to cover people during lunch, and not make them work during lunch/breaks JUST because there is NO coverage. That is 1 of the many reason you have a GM! To be PRESENT so that employees can take THEIR BREAKS. -To the owner-: think about hiring an ACTUAL, experienced, hardworking GM & not one that wears a MOO-MOO & flip flops to work.
