I called and left a message Tuesday evening. He got back to me within a half hour and said he could be there that evening. I said it wasn't an emergency so we scheduled for 3:00 p.m. the next day. I received a text about 1:30 p.m. to let me know he was running on time; he actually showed up about 10 minutes ahead of schedule.

I had a major root problem with a toilet that was affecting the shower and lifting the toilet mounting ring off of the floor. He took care of these problems as well as doing the camera inspection and staking the toilet that I had removed after he reseated it for me.

I am posting a picture of the mulberry tree root cluster that had developed in my drain. It's not the first time I've had root problems from the mulberry tree, which was removed six or seven months ago and I've been killing the stump with roundup. The roots on the other hand still kept growing. Thanks to Quality Plumbing they will no longer be able to get into the drain even if they do keep growing.
