I have now purchased three sewing machines from Quality Sewing and Vacuum in Bellingham. The customer service is awesome and I particularly enjoyed working with Anna on the purchase of my newest machine. A fun and definitely helpful experience.

I needed hoops for my machine and they found that I should have received the hoops with my machine at time of purchase. They sent to the two missing hoops with no charge.
Then I went in and bought a presser foot that I mislaid and some fabric. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant.

Liz was so good at troubleshooting the basics of my machine and advising me. She said the bobbin movement was smooth, filed where the needle had hit the strike plate, replaced my well-overused needle, explained tension, etc. I'll come back for classes and more.
