Kate was absolutely WONDERFUL! She provided me with a great orientation to my new Brother Luminaire XP3 sewing and embroidery machine. She answered all of my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!

I visited this location to buy an embroidery machine. Diane was so helpful. Store is clean and great customer service! They have sewing classes and events happening. I highly recommend!

Great Shop great place to know about for getting information on sewing and vacuum products. QS&V took care of a Miele powerhead for my vacuum cleaner in a few days and the price at 40 bucks was very reasonable. Efficient and helpful and thoughtful staff.
