The gentleman that helped me was helpful and courteous. The older woman who initially helped me seemed nice but I felt like she preferred to give better customer service to the other older folk in the store. I say please and thank you because that is how I was raised, but she seemed to just want to pass me off to someone else. The other customers in the store received much more enthusiasm with their service from her. Even a loud your welcome. But when i said please and thank you, she just ignored me and didn't say anything else.

The employees were knowledgable and friendly about my 1972 sewing machine. They gave me several options and sent it to their service center, who did the best that they could do. I would recommend Quality Sewing and Vacuum for sewing machines and also for vacuums.

I went to see a sewing machine that they had to get from the warehouse and were happy to do that for me. After giving me a complete tour of the machine, I decided it would not work for me. They spent time finding out my needs and recommending other machines. Instead of the $395 machine I originally went in to purchase, I purchased a $1600 machine that I needed. The only disappointing part of the process is that there were problems with the credit purchase that had nothing to do with me, but with the credit company. I had to return the following day to pick up the machine. The personnel there were helpful and informative.
