I arrived at the registrar at 4:23. It's my 1st time here. I wasn't aware it was CASH ONLY. I asked the cashier if my stuff could be held while I ran to my car real quick. She had to get the approval of a manager as I explained to the manager it would only take me 2 min to grab my purse as I only had my debit card on me. Well, this manager named Alicia or so, she said, but only after I asked her repeatedly what her name was, was rude, to say the least, especially by walking away when she was being asked a question. She literally fast walked away and said she didn't know her name. That is not good customer service, especially coming from an authority figure. I can appreciate that it was close to closing time, and she may be frustrated. However, that isn't professional. I worked in retail many years, and I know what it's like, but I was never rude or have never walked away from a customer bc I didn't want to deal with them. What kind of example is this manager to her peers. I hope that whomever is in charge has a refresher on customer service skills with his/her employees. The security guard was very polite and gracious. It's about the only good experience I experienced here today. Quality Thrift - customer service is what pays your employees and keeps your business open. We, the people, made your checks possible. Remember that.
