I was referred to Dr Luu and he was amazing. I had been told I needed a biopsy and it was frightening. He was quick, thorough, and assuring as to what it was and the treatment even though it could included surgery. It turned out not as serious as I had feared. I was back in the office before I knew it. The treatment was performed with the same ease and efficiency. I explained I had anxiety at the beginning of my first visit and It ended up the best visit I ever had. No anxiety and no biopsy. Praise the Lord.

I was pleasantly surprised how friendly, warm the receptionist was in this HUGE group of doctors. The waiting room was enormous. I thought we'd be there for hours waiting patiently to be seen. WRONG!!! We were called back after a short wait. The nurse Victoria was very welcoming and kind to us.When the doctor came into the exam room, he was super friendly, asked all kinds of questions of me and tried to be as gentle as possible with the examination tool that was headed for my nose and throat. I braved it and was so happy when he was done. He was reassuring, kind, patient, allowed me to ask all my questions and truly cared that I was there. We left with answers, explanations and a game plan. What MORE could you reasonably ask for on the first visit. I am grateful I was able to obtain an appt. so quickly and have a doctor I know I can trust, feel hopeful about my new prognosis.

Dr Luu was efficient and competent. The front office and staff were great too.
