I have the hardest time finding glasses that fit my face and he managed to find me a pair I love! The reckless tortoise! Thank you so much! I didn’t grab his name but he was a tall light skin male.
I’m super disappointed in Quay Australia’s service both at the Brea store and company overall. They have lost a customer.
They do not have a flexible return or exchange policy. I bought two pairs of sunglasses, ones that were okay and the other that did not match my face. I wanted to keep one pair and return the other and was told I could not. My options were to get store credit, or return both pairs. Makes no sense. This is 2021, how are you not able to make adjustments accordingly?
Also, the quality of the glasses are equivalent to F21’s. No offense to Forever 21, but my sister bought a fun pair for $10. So to charge $50-$65 for a pair of glasses Made in China doesn’t make sense.
