Good place to shop for electrical parts and pieces. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and plesent. They always have what I need in stock. Prices are reasonable and they have free off street parking. My go to store for all my electrical needs.

Terrible customer service. If your not a professional they are dismissive, condescending, and rude. If someone is trying to learn they should be supportive since they will be your knowledgeable customer in the not too distant future. It wasn’t busy and I was told they don’t have time for hobbyists. Unfortunately this is the only place in town for a lot of the supplies I need. I try to order online as much as possible to avoid Queale.

You'd think when you're competing with online shopping and the big box stores that maybe your staff would be more friendly and helpful to its customers. What my husband and I learned today was that as non-professionals, we weren't worth the salesman's effort or time. He was condescending and dismissive. Even our son remarked on this behaviour. They had what we needed, but we won't be back.
