As a former employee I don’t recommend this place for living or working. Families are better off taking their loved ones to emerald city (our other community) or just keeping them as they are. This is especially true for memory care because the staff there never pay attention to residents and just watch tv, play games on their phone, or sleep. Kristine knows this too she just thinks she can’t find better employees. They are so careless up there that one time a resident managed to find his way out a door left open by an caregiver, this could have been so bad but thankfully an employee driving in saw the resident outside. Things are so bad up there in memory care that the front desk usually calls us when families are on the way up so we can have to make it look like we’re actually engaging and taking care of their relative. I saw a review praising us by the sister of a developmentally delayed resident.but little does she know that her sister is actually one of the least tolerated residents. All staff for except for a select few are actually extremely rude to her and see her as a problem resident. They often ignore her calls, roll their eyes at her, ignore her, make fun of her behind her back and then act very caring And thoughtful when families come to visit. The main culprits of this are Kristine, Deontae and latisha they may seem very caring and thoughtful but if a resident gets on their bad side they won’t have an issue making it perpetually known. At Queen Anne Manor most resident are seen as money bags rather than actual people (main reason why memory care is private pay).
Also I highly doubt it but -Integral Senior Living corporate management if you see this and actually want to look In to this rather than sweeping it under the rug you can contact me via email and I’ll be more than happy to let you in on what really goes on at your community before y’all have to close.
