I really appreciate it the time that was taken with me by Dr. Lung. He was so thorough and so patient and explained things in detail when I had questions.
I really felt so supported by the staff, also.
I highly recommend Queen Anne Vision Clinic in Seattle for the professionalism, kindness, the quality of service offered.

I have never had a better experience working with an optician to help me pick out frames, understand my benefits, and pick the lens options that would work best for me. Evelyn was a rock star through the whole process. She asked me what I liked and quickly pulled about 8 options to try. We narrowed down the options to two frames that I really liked in about 10 minutes. She gave actually helpful feedback on what looked good on my face. This is the place to go if you want to work with friendly and helpful staff that will help you select just the right frame for you.

DO NOT GO HERE I went to QAVC as a new client, they were highly recommended by VSP. I had a new pair of sunglasses and asked QAVC to switch out the non-prescription lenses with the prescription lenses. I was told it would be easy to do the switch out. My sunglasses would be ready when my eye exam was finished. When I came out I went to pick up my sunglasses and found they had shattered a lens and there was now a crack along the bottom of the frames. I called, spoke to the owner and got nowhere. I made a special trip to the office to talk to the owner. I was told he was too busy. It has now been a month and nothing from QAVC. As Yelp says "NIGHTMARE experience. Unless you want unnecessary stress and financial complications in your life, avoid Queen Anne Vision Clinic."
