I had the most comfortable lab experience where the staff was truly amazing. The person attending to me was exceptionally kind, patient, and, most importantly, skillful in drawing my blood without causing any pain. I'm definitely going back there for my next blood work.

No bed side manor and pushed me out of there after I said I needed a moment. Upon arriving, I expressed my nerves and the nurse stayed silent. During the blood draw I started sweating profusely, blurred vision, and a slurring of words. The nurse did not try to comfort at all, even when I tried to start to talk to distract myself she had minimal interaction. After the blood draw I asked for water and a cold towel. She told me to wait a moment because she need to finish labeling and looking over the vials as I was sliding down the chair. Once she was completed and I almost passed out, she then walked to get me water and a warm towel and proceeded to ask me to read the test tubes, even though I just said I couldn’t see. She rushed me to sign and get out the door without checking if I was okay. Never will come back.

This is by far the WORST experience ever at any places I’ve been to. I made appointment a week ago and checked in 15 mins ago before my appointment time using my confirmation code.Then the staff told me that I was late and had to standby? The reason I gave one star is that Google Review doesn’t allow me to give 0 star. This is how bad it is I feel right now. Quest Diagnostics, fix your database/ kiosk system and train your incompetent stuff otherwise you will receive negative reviews at every location pretty soon.
