The facility itself was poorly organized, with customer information and identification visible in plain sight. This is a major breach of privacy and confidentiality.
Additionally, the phlebotomist was incompetent at drawing blood. They were unable to successfully draw blood from my arm after two failed attempts.
Ive been to the renton location 6 times at only 2 out of those six times was my blood “properly” taken. Ive been sent home due to them not communicating when systems are down, ive been sticked multiple times in one sitting with no proper draw. I would not recommend this location.
