My OBGYN/Dr told me to come here to have Qnatal testing done, so we could figure out the gender of our baby. I came with a referral for this company from my Dr’s office, and an appointment, and the person could not find any information from my Dr. He almost sent me away until I showed him the referral, not sure if he reached out to my Dr’s office. He drew my blood, and I have still been waiting for results for over a month. Quest is avoiding contact with my Dr’s office, and will not give me my results. I feel very violated and upset that this company can’t do their jobs right. Where is my blood now?!

The lab tech was so professional and very efficient. She was friendly and I didn’t even feel being stuck for my labs. Very patient with me as I was unable to urinate for a UDS for pre employment for over an hour and a half.

My expectations if what was needed for my appt we different and I was initially irritated. The staff were calm and worked with me to figure it out. They were amazing and I am grateful for their calm attitudes in my stressful situation
