I did not catch his name but the very tall man, technician? Nurse? was extra nice and made me feel very comfortable. No pinch, no sting!!! Just a professional!!!

Rude employees. I would not recommend coming here. I came twice here because it’s close to my house but never again. Not only were the employees rude and the wait times are long they don’t do there job properly. The first time I came here it took a long time and when I finally got my blood taken they put the needle in wrong. I came out with a giant bruse!!! I had a giant green and purple bruse on my arm where they drew blood. I seriously thought that my arm was infected or something because of the giant bruse and how painful it was that lasted for a week. The second time I came they were rude and told me that the next time they wouldn’t see me. As well when I walked in there was a full urine cup from someone else on the receptionist desk. Ewww!

Went for tests and very pleasant and fast. But they missed one!!!!! So I booked one and chose specimen drop off. Tried calling them but you only get to speak to their automated system. The system does tell you to press 6 to speak to someone. Guess what, 6 is an invalid choose as per the automated system!!!
