I have never witnessed such horrific customer service as at this location. I was told first they never received my orders, my doctors resend, then they tell me it will be one to 2 hrs, of a wait. After 4 hours there were still 7 people ahead of me waiting to be seen. No updates on wait times, complete rude treatment by the Latina nurse. I saw a poor couple with a special needs child, with a scheduled appointment waiting an additional 45 minutes, begging the nurse to be seen. This is the most horrific excuse for medical care I have witnessed in my entire life. Stop accepting walk in’s, if you can’t efficiently treat the scheduled patients. Unbelievable this is what we have to deal with in 2024.

Customer service is horrible. I waited for 45 mins after being checked in to be told to check in again because they had no idea which number I was on the list . It was myself and two other ladies who had also been waiting and they told us all to check in again. I will never come back here for bloodwork. They’re completely rude and their lack of professionalism is astonishing. You work at a great hospital act accountable for how you treat patients that are waiting for important medical testing to be done .

I have good things to say about Quest and their staff. I arrived for a walk in and had and appointment ready within 15 minutes. I was helped by Joshua who is an excellent staff member, he was professional, informative and extremely helpful. An experience I was wary about turned out great. Thanks Joshua and thanks Quest.
