I had a 30-minute wait in a freezing cold lobby to be greeted by a rude employee who was clearly unhappy to be there. When I asked her about the heat, she told me she puts the heat on for limited time when she feels cold enough to determine that her patients are cold. Then she quoted me an estimate very unprofessionally, and I walked out. I asked my doctor to forward any future diagnostic tests to Sutter Amador Hospital, as I will never return to Quest again. I'll gladly pay elsewhere if need be. After many bad experiences, this being the worst, I'm done. The worst part is that I really needed my blood work done today because I'm feeling bad and need the lab work to determine the cause.

Appointments were a month and a half out so I was told to do a walk-in. They opened at 7:30 but the girl didn’t show up until 7:40. The second girl showed up at 7:47. The first appointment wasn’t until 7:50 but she wouldn’t take me. Then as time went on more and more people showed up and I didn’t get seen.

The people who work there are great but their software doesn’t work to schedule appointments. It is one of the worst online appointment apps I have ever attempted to use. And their opt out of cookies borders on illegal.
