At Quest, I worked with Jeff Mitsch and he was a fantastic help in my healing process for my tennis elbow tendinitis. I definitely notice a significant improvement from my first visit. He was very understanding of my situation, since I study music (drums) and am not an athlete, but still use my arms at an intense rate every day for my career. He was very flexible with mixing my previous physical therapist’s exercises with his own ideas and hearing out my own experiences working with other physical therapists. Jeff was very nice to talk to every visit and I could tell he always genuinely cared about our conversations. He was very clear on directions for exercises and I always felt the exercises to do at home were extremely reasonable and not too difficult or time consuming. I highly recommend Quest for anyone with any injury, as they do not just cater well to only athletes, but any situation and the staff is incredibly friendly!
