Inspect your items, this cleaner makes a ton of mistakes
Over the course of 4 months I had the following problems:
Twice I had to refuse my suit jackets and return again days later because they did not clean the stain at all.
Twice they put someone else's tag on my coat and gave me someone else's coat.
One time they tore the inner lining of my coat.
After all of these problems I very politely asked for (1) courtesy cleaning of (1) suit jacket and they refused.
I will no longer be using this families cleaning services, they own three cleaners here in town. I have found a better cleaner that charges much less, it's worth the drive to Garmento Cleaners.
