First time through this car wash. My truck mirrors were slammed forward and backward by the spinning brushes. My right mirror was broken and split in two (see pictures) They filled out an incident report and told me someone would call within 3 days. 5 days later and still no call. I tried calling them and I just get some service that takes down the same information And I was again told they would get back to me in 3 to 5 days. My truck is a 2022 Toyota Tacoma. It's practically brand new. When they took the initial incident report, they told me they would only cover it if the vehicle was less than 3 years old. I would careful consider that if you use this car wash. I may update this if they get back to me. As of right now I would not recommend this place.

I’ve never had to write a Google review before, so this is saying a lot. This is probably the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. The tunnel worker didn’t spray any of the bugs off my car, even after a second pass through. He also packed the cars so close together I was worried about a collision the whole length of the track. Ended up having to go to a self-service car wash down the street and got my car 10x cleaner than two passes through the Quick Quack Wash. Unfortunately will not be coming back.

This location needs to be worked on. The first part of car wash where the soap is dispensed from does not work correctly. I go to multiple locations around the valley and notice the difference because my windshield is always still covered in mosquitos after. Talked to multiple employees but management does seem to care. Layton location needs to do better
