Best location yet! I visited the Quick Quack on Ft. Union tonight an hour before closing thinking my membership was still active. I pulled up and spoke with Jace, who kindly let me know that my card had declined during the last renewal. He offered to add a new one for me, but I unfortunately just had my wallet stolen and am awaiting my new cards.
Despite the inability to renew my membership then and there, he still let me run through for a wash! His customer service and "small" gesture of kindness was the cherry on top of a good day, and I'm thankful for service workers such as Jace. Give him a raise!😄
