I normally use Northgate location. I was in the area and use this location but got disappointed. There was a right lane for unlimited members that was long and second lane for regular customers paying cash or card which was empty. Customers keep coming on that empty lane and getting car wash while I was waiting in the long lane. 7-9 customers came after me and got the car wash while I was patiently waiting. Another help could have make it easier. Vacuum on Jiffy lube side was also not working.
