Had an incident at the car Wash causing 4 cars to pile up and my bumper was damaged. Filled out an incident report there and was supposed to be contacted within two days about how to proceed. The staff were pretty indifferent and seemed put out to give us forms. They just wanted to keep putting cars into the car wash. The location never followed. Would recommend avoiding this location.
