I love Quiznos, but was so disappointed with my visit today. The menu says, tots toasted to crispy perfection... my tots were soft and barely looked cooked, barely warm and not hot! My sandwich was ok, bread was not as fresh as it usually is. And the tomatoes were not marinated like the menu said. But most dissatisfying was the customer service...I had a mobile order and no one acknowledged my presence for at least 5 minutes, until they walked over to check out the customer they were serving. You're making sandwiches, it's not rocket science, you can take 2 seconds to say, hi, be right with you!
