tried to set up my account online for the first time, won't work. tried customer care hung-up on by customer care 2 times. ( the auto service). Internet cuts in and out. my xbox, computer and cell phone disconnect randomly. i'm very un-happy. i've been with the company for many yrs. and never have i had these issues... hope the company gets it together or i will find one who will provide better services & care.
