Wonderful locally owned establishment. Fantastic service from both Charlie and his delivery counterparts. Pleasant , professional, and courteous. I will continue to support them. Currently box stores have a three or four month wait for appliances. We had service next day after gas technician was lined up.

My dishwasher broke down so I took it here to get fixed. Now it works. Great professional people. Was very happy with the service and price! Also converted a natural gas stove to propane. No one hat the conversation parts but they had it in stock!

Unfortunately my dishwasher ended up being beyond repair, but I did greatly appreciate the transparency and honesty from the staff. The staff also helped me look into an ad for a used dishwasher I found online by researching the facts and advising me of the potential issues with it. If I need appliance servicing in the future I would definitely consider RAM again.
