Marcy Martin is simply the best agent we have worked with when buying a home. She made us feel like we were her only client and was available at a moment’s notice to answer all of our questions. The other thing that was truly impressive was how she had an inspector able to rearrange his schedule to meet our schedule once we had our offer accepted. This company has been excellent to work with. When I tried to find a rental in the area after selling my house, I was horrified by the service of many of the rental agencies (or lack of service rather). RH Cooke was a great find. A lot of it is do it yourself (showing the rental), but I prefer that. The staff is great, very nice and professional. If I ever need anything, they are quick to respond. Would highly recommend them. I spent days trying to find something on Craigslist....I wish I would have just gone straight to them! Update: I have lived here for a few years now and feel even stronger about this company. I have the greatest neighbors and the office is very responsive to needs. Their screening is incredible as evidenced by the great quality of neighbors I have had. Still highly recommend! Updated 8-1-2023: Still incredible to work with! I love living at my place. Updated 8-1-2024: I love working with RH Cooke. You just don't find the level of caring that is so consistent. They are truly the best to work with. I still love my place! Although I don't have many needs, when I do, they are always right on it!!
