We highly recommend using RM Designs for any future construction drawings. We had ADU drawings designed at this firm about a year ago and the whole process from drawing to structural engineer to getting the city permit were all done here. I had chose RM designs after interviewing more than 7 firms. What stood out about RM was the knowledge that Robert had in the construction business and what the city wants. It seems that he is constantly educating himself on what city planning wants. He was very helpful in answering any questions we may have in regard to construction. Even though he is already done designing our project, his willingness to answer any questions and help us understand the process of construction had been very helpful. The value of the project is reasonable and their service was beyond what I expected. Thus, I highly recommend this firm in handling any of your future remodeling or builds.
