UPDATE: I was contacted by Mike from R & M HVAC, and he was much better at handling my complaint. He assured me that he doesn’t condone his driver’s actions in the incident described below. He advised me he would handle the incident with the respective driver (I provided the tag number). I want to emphasize that Mike was very nice and reasonable, as well as very apologetic to what happened. With that being said, I wanted to update my original review.
My family and I were in Ocean City, when we were crossing the street in a fully marked crosswalk on Baltimore Avenue. An R & M HVAC truck carelessly continued driving and almost struck myself and my family, including my 2 year old niece. I yelled at the driver and passenger that they have to yield to pedestrians, as indicated by the clear signage all up and down Baltimore Avenue. The two occupants angrily mumbled a snarky comment at my family and I. I proceeded to call the R & M HVAC business and got a call back from Lawrence. He could have cared less about my family and I almost getting struck by his careless drivers. The point of this review is...if this company could care less about almost striking pedestrians, then I’m sure they provide the same sentiment of service to their customers.
