Mr. Reed agreed to come to my home for a simple job but never showed up (no call). When I finally reached him, he agreed to come the next day. Again he never showed up (no call). I called him, he sent my call to voicemail. I called again only for him to tell me he's gonna pass. He doesn't seem interested in keeping his word.
