Dr. Rushing is an amazing doctor. He has a great way of explaining all your options. He has been my doctor for almost 11 years. He is in it to treat your illness. He takes the time to make sure you understand and are doing ok. I hope no one ever needs to see Dr Rushing but if u do he is the one you want to treat you.
The staff here is very caring to the patients. Being that I also work in the medical field, they didn't pull any punches with me. Dr Rushing's Assistant Stephanie, puts you at ease as soon as you enter the examination room. Before coming to Compass Oncology, I had already had three previous cancer surgeries with no treatments necessary because, I caught it early! I was fortunate that this latest diagnosis was also caught early. So like the others, I didn't have to go thru radiation or chemo. However, I still have my monthly cancer checks; which are now YEARLY! I will be cancer-free in 2 years! I can't wait to ring that Bell!
