We struggled with decision on whether to go with Rad or Pedego. The decision was made because of Rad’s personal! We had the best experience with Stephen at The Huntington Beach store. We couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service. No pressure, and genuinely kind, patient and helpful. Stephen and Dan are the BEST!! This review is long overdue! I had the best time attending “ask the service tech” Session in April. DOM is the man !!!! Learned so much from him and his patience and support was beyond Amazing! He Taught to replace tires, gear cable and so much more ! I love my rad rover 6plus sooooo much ! Been riding everywhere and anywhere and now Thanks to DOM in service … I feel comfortable taking the bike anywhere ! Thanks DOM!
