My experience was great. I was lucky to find a quick appointment. It was straightforward and easy to complete. The doctor's assessment was informed and their medical recommendations were above and beyond, compared to other dermatologists in the area. 100% will come back and do recommend.
I had a very good experience at this office. My insurance covered the cost and unlike another dermatologist in Kirkland that I went to, Dr. Zhao was upfront and did not add additional charge after the visit. You'd think that is how every office should operate but some don't. Glad I gave this office a try. Will definitely be back.
